As the owner, open Team and choose Invite coach. Review the invitation details.

Track the invitation
Use Invitations to check whether the teammate has accepted.

Assign responsibility
Open the Clients section of Team and review which coach is responsible for each client.

Team access depends on your plan. Billing, contracts and private health details remain owner-only.
